Shipping
In-Stock pieces generally ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-Order pieces are crafted especially for you and typically require 4–6 weeks.
Shipping rates are based on the price of the piece:
- Under $2,000: $30 USD
- $2,000 to under $5,000: $45 USD
- $5,000 and above: $75 USD
All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and are fully insured. A signature is required upon delivery. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Exchanges & Store Credit
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit on eligible In-Stock and Made-to-Order pieces when requested within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup.
To be eligible, the piece must be unworn and undamaged. Eligibility is confirmed once the piece has been received and inspected by Clareza.
